Responsibilities
Support monthly and quarterly close processes
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
Assist with multi-entity accounting and consolidation
Support audit, SOC, and compliance requests with accurate accounting documentation
Help maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Partner with Accounting, Operations, and Compliance teams as needed
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting quality
Qualification
Required
CPA license OR actively pursuing CPA licensure (required)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
0–2 years of accounting experience (public or private experience acceptable)
Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working across multiple entities and accounting systems
Curious, coachable, and eager to grow professionally
Preferred
Experience with SaaS or healthcare organizations
Exposure to audits, or compliance environments
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (SAP)
Advanced Excel skills
