Responsibilities

Support customer account management, business consultation, contract validation and execution, and handle comprehensive tasks including invoice creation and product provisioning

Perform complex validations of revenue transactions, ensuring alignment with product rules, revenue standards, and compliance policies

Ensure execution of work in compliance with SOX controls by drafting controls, narratives, memos, and process documents

Act as a steward over customer information, leveraging this knowledge to provide business recommendations for optimal customer experience outcomes

Lead initiatives for scaling the business through automation, including identifying ideas, building proposals, and partnering with technical teams for development and change management
