Responsibilities

Maintain and update vehicle coverage data to ensure accurate product fitment

Quality Liaison: Serve as the primary contact with manufacturers regarding quality issues, corrective actions, and compliance with specifications

Quality Audits: Conduct rolling inspections and audits to ensure product consistency and reliability

Sample Management: Oversee the handling of product and competitor samples for testing, evaluation, and comparison

Specification Data: Collect, organize, and maintain technical specification data to support cataloging, product accuracy, and development projects

Installation Guides: Develop and maintain installation guides to assist franchisees, installers, and end-users

Warranty Oversight: Manage the warranty process, ensuring timely resolution and tracking claims

Product Development Support: Assist with product validation, testing, and launch activities by collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers
