Responsibilities

This role requires a visionary leader who can build and manage high-performing teams, drive innovation, and deliver technology solutions that enhance business outcomes
Lead and manage global development teams, ensuring appropriate design, technical capabilities, and resource allocation to meet strategic objectives
Champion change management initiatives, encouraging innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement in technology solutions
Drive quality and adherence to best practice in the end-to-end design and implementation of systems and processes
Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders, as well as clients, to develop solutions that drive revenue, client satisfaction, and efficiency
Develop and execute group-wide business plans and participate in firm-wide initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts, handling escalations effectively
Drive recruitment, development, and retention of diverse talent, fostering an inclusive culture that supports professional growth and wellbeing
Manage operating budgets, forecast resource needs, and ensure financial discipline within the approved plans
Motivate and mentor team members to maximize their contributions and support their career development

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
10-12 years of experience in systems analysis, program development, and technology leadership
Minimum of 3-5 years managing development project teams, preferably in complex, global environments
Demonstrated capability working with the training and deployment of AI agents
Ability to operate in and influence a federated ecosystem of design, product and engineering teams
Strong front end and UI development experience using Angular
Experience architecting large scale portal experiences including data architecture, API design and entitlement management
Proven ability to lead large-scale technology projects and deliver results on time and within budget
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated commitment to agile and inclusive engineering culture
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
