Responsibilities
Responsible for running an AV project crew and will assume responsibility for effective performance and provide necessary training
Responsible for adhering to the company’s and client’s safety guidelines
Coordinates with the project manager to ensure productivity, job completion, and compliance with the budget
Serves are the main on-site customer contact for questions and/or concerns
Performs work consistently, demonstrating a detailed level of technical knowledge and being able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
Be self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
Minimum of 5 years of AV installation experience
Ability to read and implement construction and signal flow drawings
High standards of workmanship on cabling, lacing, soldering, and crimping
Ability to test completed systems fully for both engineering specifications and operational functionality
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues as they arise
Preferred
Network cabling is a plus
CTS certifications are a plus
Familiar with Extron, Crestron, AMX, and Audio DSP Systems, manufacturer's certifications are a plus
