Responsibilities

Advises senior leaders on complex people-related matters, including workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness

Partners closely with leaders, using strong business acumen and data to influence decisions, challenge assumptions, and deliver practical HR solutions that drive results

Designs and drives leadership development, organizational design, and change management efforts to ensure the organization is structured, skilled, and ready to execute

Leads HR team and collaborates across Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, scalable HR programs; develop HR talent and model a 'one HR' approach

Required
