Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities, with particular attention to areas relevant to utility operations

Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location and report findings according to established protocols

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors

Interact with employees, contractors, and visitors in a courteous manner while enforcing site-specific policies and procedures

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner

Support Allied Universal leadership by performing additional security-related tasks as assigned
