The company is seeking a Business Partner / Co-Founder to lead marketing and go-to-market strategies for their expansion into the United States, working closely with the Founder to scale the brand effectively.

Responsibilities
Owning and executing end-to-end marketing strategy across all social and digital platforms
Building and running a scalable content engine, tailored for an e-commerce-first business
Planning, launching, and optimising go-to-market campaigns alongside the Founder
Driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and community engagement
Hiring, managing, and leading a high-performance marketing and content team
Collaborating on investor storytelling and supporting capital-raising efforts through brand, narrative, and strategic introductions
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience across scaling start-ups or early-stage businesses
Brand strategy, storytelling, and positioning
Performance marketing, social media, and growth channels
E-commerce and/or retail experience
Building and leading high-performance teams
Operational execution in fast-moving environments
Track record of results
Preferred
Experience as a founder, senior marketing leader, or operator
A track record of building a company from the ground up or played a key role in a company's growth success
Experience in the Consumer Electronics category (Not essential)
Highly motivated, hands-on, and passionate about building a company & its culture
A strong US network and access to venture capital, private equity, and/or family office contacts
Contacts into large distribution & retail supply chains (Not Essential)
Proven ability or track record in raising capital
