The Client Success Advocate role focuses on managing and strengthening relationships with clients, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction with healthcare benefits, and driving client retention and renewal success.

Responsibilities
Serve clients, brokers, and internal Customer Success and care teams
Be responsible for client retention, renewal success, and client satisfaction across an assigned book of business
Directly impact the growth and stability of Redirect Health by helping clients and their employees fully understand and use their healthcare benefits
Own: Ongoing client relationships, renewals, and retention for an assigned group of clients
Support: Clients and members by helping them understand and navigate their healthcare benefits and resolve benefit-related challenges
Collaborate with: Healthcare Consultants, AR Specialists, Brokers, Care Logistics, Claims, and Member Success teams
Improve: Renewal outcomes, enrollment growth, and client experience by using data, feedback, and proactive communication
Advocate for: Clients and their employees by representing their needs and feedback across Redirect Health teams
Qualification
Required
Brings relevant experience in customer service, account management, or client success
Communicates clearly and with empathy
Takes ownership and follows through
Enjoys simplifying complex problems
Works well across teams and roles
Cares deeply about helping people
Preferred
