This role is responsible for ensuring technology platforms are scalable, reliable, and secure while building high-performing teams to support business growth.

Responsibilities
Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise infrastructure across cloud, network, compute, storage, and end-user technologies
Ensure platform scalability, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency
Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures
Oversee infrastructure budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations
Build, lead, and develop high-performing infrastructure teams
Hire, coach, and mentor talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Collaborate across Technology and business teams to ensure secure, well-designed solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Deep experience in modern SaaS and cloud-based environments
Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and risk management
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Experience driving automation, process improvement, and operational maturity
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, using data and metrics to guide outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
