Responsibilities

Manages and maintains relationships with Owners, internal and external business partners by preparing the itinerary to include documentation for all new reservations, confirming both arrival and departure reservations with Owner, verifying catering requirements, ground requirements and ensuring all special requirements are correct
Manages work tools such as system phones, team email boxes and Intellijet to keep the department updated about Owner needs
Collaborates to foster trip continuity and maintain an open flow of communication between team members
Monitors email and phone activity both during and outside of working hours and responds as appropriate
Elevates urgent issues to department leadership
Applies detailed knowledge of the services provided by EJM and a general understanding of the various aircraft and their operational capabilities
Maintains cross-departmental knowledge of the client’s account which includes Fleet Maintenance, Accounting, Crew Training and Flight Operations
Be familiar with NetJets and EJM goals, metrics and business objectives
Provides options to aircraft schedulers, ensuring the feasibility of these options
Coordinates with Dispatchers to verify regulations and duty day limitations
Monitors changes to trip scheduling and the resulting implications to the overall operation of the aircraft
Knowledgeable of crew schedule (training, vacation, etc.)
Briefs crews for domestic Part 91 flights
Provides managed aircraft availability to Charter Fulfillment and works with them to fulfill Owner charter requirements
Presents charter trips to Owners as directed by the account

Required

High School education
0-2 years of experience
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proactive mindset that focuses on creating ideas and plans for correcting issues or handling daily tasks
Self driven and takes initiative to understand work processes within position and beyond
Customer service experience; experience in aviation a plus
Eager to learn about the private aviation industry and gain personal and professional growth
Able to work a flexible, yet consistent schedule to help support our owners during our hours of operation
Superior attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Exceptional ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment
PC skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and Internet
Ability to efficiently access and enter data using computer systems
Ability to enter data while speaking with callers
Occasional travel may be required
