Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls and conduct meetings with small and mid-sized businesses to understand their shipping needs and present solutions
Build and manage a pipeline, move deals through each stage, and consistently hit or exceed monthly activity and revenue targets
Learn the business, master our sales process, and partner with senior team members to grow and retain accounts over time
Qualification
Required
Entry-Level Account Executive who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Bring urgency, resilience, and a strong desire to win

Energized by a scoreboard: like clear metrics, rankings, and seeing your name at the top
Handle rejection well and see 'no' as feedback, not failure
Communicate confidently, ask good questions, and are coachable with a strong work ethic
Preferred
Some sales, customer-facing, athletics, or competitive team experience is a plus
