Operations - Fixed Income Analyst - 2026 US Graduate Program

Responsibilities
Substantiate and reconcile relevant balance sheet accounts, ensuring Group revenue and associated costs are accurately reflected
Manage trade lifecycle for fixed income products, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement across internal systems and external counterparties
Perform daily reconciliations of positions, cash, and collateral between internal records, custodians, and clearinghouses; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
Monitor and mitigate operational risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls for fixed income transactions
Coordinate with front office, middle office, and external stakeholders to resolve trade breaks, settlement issues, and ensure timely delivery of securities and funds
Prepare and submit regulatory reports (e.g., TRACE, MiFID II) and maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance reviews
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating with technology teams to enhance automation and workflow
Stay informed on financial standards and industry best practices
Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field required
Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
