Responsibilities
Support measurement and learning for the proposed program
Help turn data into actionable insights that guide program decisions and improvements
Support the Data and Evaluation team in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative program data from multiple sources
Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate progress toward key outcomes to program leadership, funders, and partners
Help interpret findings and identify trends to inform program adjustments, continuous improvement, and future planning across digital health initiatives
Qualification
Required
Skilled evaluator and data strategist
Ability to transform raw information into actionable insights
Experience in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative program data
Ability to prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Experience communicating progress toward key outcomes to program leadership, funders, and partners
Ability to interpret findings and identify trends
Experience in program adjustments, continuous improvement, and future planning across digital health initiatives
Ability to travel to the Hallowell, Maine, office several times a month
Preferred
Experience in telehealth and technology
Experience in RFP and grants administration
Experience in rural health and health systems strengthening
Experience in workforce development and quality improvement
Experience in oral health and chronic disease prevention
