Responsibilities

Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of NetSuite ERP

Work directly with clients to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver scalable solutions

Provide expertise across core finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Reporting

Collaborate on solutions involving Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), Procurement and AP, Inventory, and Supply Chain (preferred but not mandatory)

Conduct gap analysis, prepare process documentation, and drive workflow improvements

Manage full implementation cycles, including system testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), training, go-live, and post-go-live support

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage expectations through clear, consistent communication

Partner with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and advanced configurations

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support to ensure system stability

Prepare detailed documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, configuration documents, and test scripts

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best-practice frameworks
