Responsibilities
Be the voice of Carvana through frequent phone interactions with customers
Review open accounts for collection efforts
Handle inbound customer calls related to payment resolution
Make outbound collection calls while maintaining and improving customer relationships
Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates and agreements
Identify issues contributing to account delinquency and escalate appropriately
Actively resolve loan servicing issues with business partners
Review and monitor assigned accounts and applicable collection reports
Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of independently identifying and completing critical tasks with urgency
Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow and execute established processes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time and priorities effectively
Preferred
Familiarity with debt collection and accounts receivable experience is preferred
A sense of humor (we're kind of serious about this one)
A genuine enjoyment of working with others and a strong appreciation for teamwork
