Responsibilities

Set up the different environments and manage the migration of development and configuration across the SAP systems landscape

Assist in determining database sizing, storage requirements, and planning for future system growth

Support compliance by analyzing and addressing technical and system security findings across SAP environments

Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams for performance tuning, patch deployment, and system maintenance

Monitor and support technical processes to ensure system stability and operational efficiency

Analyze and review ServiceNow incident and service request tickets related to SAP Basis and drive them to resolution

Assist with production deployments and ensure minimal disruptions by analyzing pre- and post-deployment technical performance

Contribute to technical solution designs and provide analytical input to system architecture discussions, particularly related to the cloud environment

Maintain technical documentation for the SAP landscape, environment setup, and migration activities
