Talent Acquisition Specialist
Energy Access Innovations is focused on recruiting and onboarding top talent across their organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across all subsidiaries, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and onboarding platforms
Assist in developing and refining onboarding materials and schedules to ensure consistency across subsidiaries
Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment events as needed
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment and onboarding metrics
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate and employee experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field is a plus
3+ years in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a multi-entity or multi-location environment or related experience
