Responsibilities
Prepares new admission charts, files patient information accurately, and maintains chart order
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of outpatient schedule and operations; communicates this information to our patients and visitors
Communicate with all departments to ensure proper admission of step downs and new admits
Qualification
Required
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
Previous office experience preferred
CPR - training provided upon hire
Crisis Intervention - training provided upon hire
Requires knowledge of general office and phone skills
Excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills
Must have legible handwriting
The ability to handle confidential information and to maintain a pleasant and congenial attitude at all times
