Manager Total Rewards
TTX Company is a leading provider of railcars and related freight car management services to the North American rail industry. The Total Rewards Manager will support the strategy, design, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance across all programs.

Responsibilities
Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, salary structures, incentive plans, health & welfare benefits, pension and 401(k) plans, and leave & disability benefits
Support key annual processes, including compensation planning, benefits renewals, open enrollment, and retirement plan audits
Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay practices and benefit offerings
Participate in compensation market data surveys
Educate employees on total rewards programs through training and ongoing communications
Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to advise on compensation decisions
Manage complex benefits issues and escalations; act as subject matter expert on all health, welfare, and retirement programs. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
6+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits roles
Strong analytical skills and experience with survey participation and benchmarking tools
Excellent project management and communication skills
Preferred
CCP or CBP certification is a plus
