Foundever is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to support a prestigious rewards program. The role involves providing email and chat support to customers while assisting them with travel and other services.

Responsibilities
Supporting a prestigious rewards program through email and chat-only technical support
Assist customers with travel across 100+ leading airlines and hotels, exclusive fitness classes, and limited-edition art and decor collections
Handle multiple chats simultaneously
Explain complex topics to encourage customers to use our products or services while meeting performance goals
Document interactions and escalate issues with empathy to enhance customer experiences
Qualification
Required
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and navigate multiple systems, email, chats and software platforms
Must legally be able to work in the US
Must be at least 18 yrs of age
Highschool diploma or equivalent
The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Must pass a background check
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using technology, including navigating multiple systems or software platforms to resolve customer inquiries
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Strong problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and reliability
Clearly explain complex topics to encourage customers to use our products or services while meeting performance goals
Document interactions and escalate issues with empathy to enhance customer experiences
Preferred
Candidates with a college education are strongly encouraged to apply; however, equivalent experience will also be considered
