Responsibilities
Ensure the availability, integrity, and reliability of production, product quality, and test system data
Analyze data and generate regular reports (daily, weekly, and ad hoc), including weekly summaries for management review
Interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement
Actively participate in the development and optimization of production and testing processes by supporting data-driven problem-solving activities
Design, establish, and continuously improve reporting structures and dashboards, including visualization of production and quality indicators
Develop and maintain data collection tables, diagrams, and visual aids to support cross-functional decision-making
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns within complex datasets
Ensure the ongoing maintenance, accuracy, and reliability of databases and data systems
Prepare and deliver assigned reports accurately, professionally, and within defined timelines
Ensure data reflects realistic and factual conditions
Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with company 5S standards
Comply with corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and ISO 14001 requirements
Adhere to all company regulations related to workplace safety, accident prevention, and fire safety
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent education)
3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, production controlling, or a related role
Strong database management skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office and Power BI
Proficient written and spoken English (communication level)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to data quality
Proactive mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Flexibility and capability to perform effectively under pressure
