Responsibilities

Structuring and pricing Cross Assets derivative products for the different Sales teams globally
Risk managing efficiently the risks arising from the derivatives products traded, complying with the associated risk limits
Develop new tools and improving existing ones (Python/VBA) to automate time-consuming tasks
Combine market knowledge and analysis to proactively generate trade ideas
Work in cooperation with the Quant and IT team to improve the tools and the processes of the trading desk
Contribute to all other tasks on the desk, including P&L analysis, post-trade workflow and any other ad-hoc tasks
Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry standards and best practices
Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with
Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values
At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required
To escalate risk events immediately
To provide input to risk management processes, as required

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field required
Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
