Responsibilities

Develop and expand strategic relationships with infrastructure investors and financial sector clients
Originate and secure M&A advisory opportunities, positioning ERM as a trusted partner for technical and sustainability due diligence
Shape and lead advisory assignments, ensuring exceptional quality and client value
Drive commercial strategies to achieve significant revenue growth
Collaborate with ERM Partners globally to deliver integrated solutions and thought leadership
Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams to support ERM’s growth
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, financial targets, and client expectations

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business operations, sustainability, or related field
15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or the energy/infrastructure sectors
Proven track record in technical due diligence and M&A advisory for infrastructure investors
Established relationships with private equity and infrastructure investor clients
Strong business development skills and ability to deliver multi-million-dollar annual sales
Deep understanding of global energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and low-carbon transition strategies

Preferred

Recognized technical authority and marketplace reputation
Experience leading large, complex advisory assignments and multi-disciplinary teams
Additional language skills are a plus
Innovative mindset with ability to influence change and deliver creative solutions
