Responsibilities
Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced planning strategies
Handle trust and estate administration, including probate matters and post-death planning
Counsel business owners and entrepreneurs on succession planning and wealth transfer strategies
Draft, review, and negotiate related transactional documents where estate planning intersects with corporate or business matters
Collaborate with corporate and transactional attorneys on business structuring, ownership transitions, and asset protection planning
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice tailored to each client’s personal and financial goals
Maintain direct communication with clients and serve as a trusted advisor in both personal and business contexts
Qualification
Required
Texas Bar License (Required)
4–8 years of law practice with demonstrated experience in trusts and estates (Required)
Preferred
Transactional or corporate law experience strongly preferred
Experience advising business owners, high-net-worth individuals, or closely held companies preferred
Strong drafting, analytical, and advisory skills
Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness
Commitment to high ethical standards, collaboration, and continuous professional growth
Law practice: 4+ years (Preferred)
