Required

4+ years in systems, backend, or trading infrastructure engineering
Experience operating or developing trading systems, exchanges, or real-time financial platforms
Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or C++
Deep understanding of networking, distributed systems, and low-latency performance optimization
Familiarity with market data distribution, order management, and execution systems
Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or bare metal)

Preferred

Knowledge of FIX, WebSocket, and REST protocols
Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or container orchestration at scale
Background in perpetuals, derivatives, or crypto-native trading systems
Contributions to open-source trading or infrastructure projects
