BALIN TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Lead React-Native Developer with extensive experience in building and supporting mobile applications. The role requires a proven track record in delivering mobile apps and a strong understanding of modern React Native patterns, while also collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

8+ years experience building, shipping, and supporting react native applications

Have independently worked and delivered a small app or entire feature in a larger app

A proven track record of building and launching 0 1 mobile apps, ideally in consumer domains

Hands-on experience with modern RN patterns: custom hooks, Zustand/Recoil, Reanimated, FlatList, memoization, and performance profiling

Excitement about working in our mobile tech stack, which includes both React Native and Android/iOS Native

Ability to act with autonomy & self-direction while working well in a team environment

Willingness to pitch in wherever needed - we need to do good work, quickly

Are comfortable with working across domains and languages with a curiosity to experiment & learn new things

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including quickly getting up to speed with new technologies
