They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who will ensure daily customer satisfaction by connecting, communicating, and creating a positive atmosphere for customers and technicians.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage HVAC/Plumbing service and maintenance appointments
Dispatch technicians and communicate job details, changes, or delays
Create and update customer records, work orders, and service tickets
Collect payments, process invoices, and assist with billing questions
Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and unresolved issues
Support technicians with paperwork, parts requests, and job documentation
Maintain accurate records in dispatch or CRM software
Assist with outbound calls for appointment reminders, maintenance renewals, and promotions
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience required; HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience preferred
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a must)
Comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving issues calmly
