Responsibilities
Pull, test, and terminate various types of cabling
Follow instructions and directions from the team lead
Install support structures, including ladders, racks, and J-hooks
Work comfortably from ladders (6ft/8ft/10ft) and scissor/boom lifts
Perform tasks in commercial new construction environments
Operate hand tools proficiently (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, snips, levels)
Qualification
Required
Flexible availability, including willingness to work overtime when needed
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
Dependable and punctual, with excellent communication skills
Ability to lift/move 50 lbs. or more and maintain mobility for physical tasks
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently is preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
