Responsibilities
Manage and implement configuration requests, including custom fields, agency codes, and auto-numbering
Maintain and update templates, clauses, and document libraries to ensure accuracy and consistency
Oversee security structures, labels, and access controls to maintain compliance with Agency policies
Monitor system configurations for operational accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to support procurement processes and system enhancements
Document configuration changes and maintain clear audit trails for accountability
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience with the USAID Global Acquisition and Assistance System (GLAAS), including configuration and access management
Strong understanding of procurement workflows and compliance requirements
Ability to manage complex configuration requests and maintain system integrity
Detail-oriented approach to maintaining templates, clauses, and document libraries
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot configuration issues quickly
Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
