Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and take food and beverage orders
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately
Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies
Maintain the cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and seating areas
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Answer customer questions regarding menu items and ingredients
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Work collaboratively with kitchen and café staff
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Attention to detail and reliability
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus
