Coffee Cart Attendant

Goldman Properties is seeking an energetic and friendly Coffee Cart Attendant to provide excellent customer service and ensure a delightful coffee experience for guests. The role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean cart area, and engaging with customers professionally.

Responsibilities

Skillfully brew and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer requests and company standards
Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations as needed
Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system, manage cash, and handle card payments
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee cart and surrounding area clean and organized, including wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, and following sanitation guidelines
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies; report shortages to the manager or replenish as needed
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Basic math skills for handling transactions
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service

Preferred

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or as a barista is a plus but not required
