Senior Sales Development Representative (Remote | Oracle, ERP)
Titan Holdings is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales and establish a repeatable sales motion in a startup-like environment. The ideal candidate will manage their own enterprise pipeline, collaborate with various teams, and track key performance indicators to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities
Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
Build and manage your own enterprise pipeline across target accounts
Deliver compelling value props for Neurons Oracle Fusion Cloud AMS services
Run structured discovery and qualification using MEDDICC / MEDDPICC
Partner with Oracle and Systems Integrators (SIs) to accelerate co-sell opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, presales, and delivery for a smooth customer experience
Track KPIs (calls, meetings, SQLs, pipeline progression) and maintain forecast accuracy
Help build Neurons LinkedIn presence/personal brand to generate inbound traction
Qualification
Required
5+ years enterprise technology or services sales experience
Track record in enterprise SDR/inside sales—ideally in consulting/services orgs (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, PwC, IBM)
1+ year in AMS / managed services (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred)
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Enterprise SaaS, ERP/AMS buying cycles
Proficiency with CRM, outbound automation tools, and virtual sales platforms
Demonstrated use of MEDDICC / MEDDPICC
