Sales Enablement Manager

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end enablement for Networking Specialists, from strategy and curriculum design through execution, measurement, and optimization
Driving global enablement programs that scale effectively while remaining aligned to regional business priorities
You will partner closely with Sales Engineers, Product Marketing, Marketing, and SMEs to ensure enablement reflects the latest messaging, positioning, and collateral
Always leveraging AI and enablement tools to improve seller productivity and scale best practices
Become proficient in Cisco’s enablement ecosystem, including MindTickle, Seismic, Digital Sales Rooms, Sales AI Agent, Imparta, Articulate Rise, and related learning tools
Embed AI into daily workflows and help sellers adopt best practices that improve customer engagement and efficiency
Drive adoption and effective usage of enablement platforms across the sales organization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership, ideally within networking or enterprise technology
Strong understanding of the Networking portfolio (switching, routing, wireless, Platform, AgenticOps) and related software
Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in a quota-carrying sales role selling Networking solutions (e.g., switching, routing, wireless, software)
Background in Networking, Security, or Enterprise Technology
Experience scaling enablement programs across large sales organizations
Instructional design experience a plus
