Collaborate with global finance and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
10+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software transitions
Prior leadership experience in change management
Expertise within shared services, process alignment, and system transformation required
Preferred
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
