Outlet Sales Manager
Grand Hyatt is a renowned resort focusing on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences to its guests. The Outlet Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales and coordination of private dining events and specialty experiences, while cultivating community relationships and serving as a liaison between clients and operational teams.

Responsibilities
Sales generation and prospecting
Administering sales agreements, detailing food and beverage, billing and final review
Client relationship management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Provide consistent follow up and personalized communication to ensure an exceptional guest journey
Contracting and Coordination
Responsible for smooth execution of all events
Contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event
Operational collaboration
Work closely with the Director of Events, Director of Food and Beverage and Sales/ Marketing teams
Community and brand engagement
Represent the resort in the local community through networking, partnerships and outreach
Maintain a visible presence in the resort and surrounding market to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2–3 years of sales or catering/event management experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building client relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with sales and event management software (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar systems)
