Responsibilities

Shape innovative customer purchasing experiences by advising Product Management and Sales on the design and implementation of Cisco’s industry-leading buying programs and growth initiatives
Lead data-driven contract simplification efforts to enhance the end-to-end customer contract experience
Accelerate revenue growth as a subject matter expert on complex sales escalations for Cisco’s software buying programs
Enable scalable legal and deal support by developing resources that empower legal and business teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to automate and optimize deal processes, driving business agility

Qualification

Required

J.D. and excellent academic credentials
State Bar member in good standing and eligibility to practice
5 years of relevant legal experience, including intellectual property laws
Experience with software licensing/SaaS and commercial transactions, preferably in the technology industry

Preferred

Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to understand new technologies, business constructs, and operational processes
Applies sound judgment and a pragmatic approach to managing risks effectively
Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and time management, adept at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
Solution oriented and able to work collaboratively to solve business challenges
