Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market. They are seeking a Staff Program Manager who will own the end-to-end delivery of a greenfield contingent workforce platform, integrating various systems and ensuring compliance and scalability across the contingent workforce lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Own the entire contingent workforce program, ensuring delivery across VMS, WFM, and LMS
Define the target-state operating model for contingent labor, including onboarding, compliance, time capture, billing, and offboarding
Drive vendor strategy and governance across staffing suppliers and VMS providers
Lead cross-functional alignment across Operations, HRIS, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security
Manage roadmap definition, execution cadence, risk, and executive reporting
Ensure compliance, scalability, and cost transparency across the contingent workforce lifecycle
Provide strategic guidance for integration and operational adoption

Required

10+ years of program management experience with a focus on contingent workforce programs
Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass)
Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance and supplier management
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
