Responsibilities
Sustaining day-to-day operations of both the Windows domain and the Horizon View Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Administrating Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) as well as, STIGing the Domain Controllers and Member Servers among other actions
Administrating the Horizon View VDI solution which includes Gold Image management, patching, STIGing, and Profile Management Solutions e.g. FSLogix and Profile Unity
Qualification
Required
Five plus years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator in an enterprise or DoD environment
Five plus years of hands-on experience with VMware/Omnissa Horizon View (VDI) administration
Strong expertise with: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
Strong expertise with: Windows 10/11 (DoD- hardened environments)
Strong expertise with: Active Directory and Group Policy
Strong expertise with: PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
Familiarity with STIGs, RMF, and DoD compliance requirements
U.S. Citizenship
U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Secret level with Top Secret/SCI eligibility
Preferred
Experience with Nutanix HCI (AHV, Prism, Files, or Objects)
Prior support of NORAD, USNORTHCOM, or combatant command environments
Experience with: FSLogix
Experience with: SCCM / MECM / WSUS
Experience with: Endpoint security tools (HBSS, ACAS, or equivalents)
Understanding of zero trust or modern DoD security architectures
Ability to support 24x7 operational mission environments
