The Demand Planning Manager will lead the demand planning function for the global CPG business, ensuring accurate revenue and logistics planning while designing and implementing processes for demand planning and S&OP.

Responsibilities
Lead the demand planning function in operations for our global CPG business
Liaise closely with the commercial and innovation teams to ensure accurate planning of revenue and manufacturing
Translate sales signals into actionable demand plans
Work with the end-to-end Supply Chain team to ensure effective inventory management across eCommerce, Amazon, and future retail partners
Design and implement demand planning and S&OP processes from the ground up
Establish forecasting cadences, planning assumptions, and cross-functional operating rhythms
Serve as the owner of the consensus demand plan, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
Work closely with the Commercial team, Inventory Manager, Operations Team, Supply Chain Team, and CFO
Qualification
Required
Experience in demand planning and S&OP processes
Ability to translate sales signals into actionable demand plans
Experience working with Supply Chain teams
Strong analytical skills to establish forecasting cadences and planning assumptions
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
Familiarity with eCommerce and retail operations
Experience managing a team
