The role involves managing inventory and ensuring compliance with the Table of Allowance in the Defense Property Management System.

Responsibilities

Provide measurement and display data from RCRP to report readiness status of Personnel, Equipment, Supply Training and resources to meet Defense Readiness Reporting System-Navy (DRRS-N) requirements
Create Facilities and Assemblies in DPAS to model current TOA requirements
Experience and data entry with DPAS-WM and expertise with data analytics of TOA readiness and cost type data
Develop processes for utilizing DPAS-WM in the day-to-day operations of NAVELSG TOA
Issue and receive equipment and track items deployed throughout NAVELSG Enterprise
Provide expertise in Integrated Logistics Support / Overhaul ILS/ILO Center procedures
Provide expertise in TOA commodities such as Communications, Containers, CESE, CEEI, and assist with ELO/ILO/ILS and storage area staging as required
Assist the Battalions and Regiments with their data entry and/or correction in TABLEAU and provide status reports sighting TABLEAU performance-based metrics
Assist with configuration of TOA Warehouse Facilities
Prepare contract deliverables such as monthly status reports
Assist with quality control processes

Required

Secret security clearance eligibility required
Experience with Navy TOA processes required
Experience using the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), and specifically the Warehouse Management module, required
Experience using accountable property systems of record (APSRs), such as Model Based Product Support, CDMD-OA, OMMS-NG, EXMIS, JCM, DPAS and SKED, required
Experience with the Navy's 3M preventative maintenance system required; 3M supervisor experience is highly desirable
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products

Preferred

Experience with the Navy's 3M preventative maintenance system required; 3M supervisor experience is highly desirable
Experience using business intelligence software, especially TABLEAU, is highly desirable
Materials handling equipment (MHE, e.g forklift operator) license is highly desirable
Hazardous material (HAZMAT) management experience is highly desirable
