Zurich North America is a leading provider of commercial property-casualty insurance solutions. As an intern on the ZRS Quality and Compliance Team, you will analyze data, create presentations, and assist in improving workflows while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

Analyze data from Power BI dashboards and pivot tables to identify trends, segment performance, and potential training opportunities
Create engaging and informative decks that translate complex data findings into actionable insights for team discussions and leadership review
Participate in building and improving internal workflows while performing essential administrative tasks to streamline daily team operations
Manually audit certifications to ensure compliance, and partner with project operations on data analysis and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with team members to analyze data, identify root causes of challenges, and develop actionable recommendations that drive quality and compliance improvements across ZRS initiatives

Required

Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program in the fall semester following the internship
Must be a rising junior or rising senior at the time of the internship
Must be eligible to work in the U.S

Preferred

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 (current GPA reported by your school)
Demonstrates problem solving skills in a customer-focused environment
Excellent communication skills
Analytical skills
Excel and PowerPoint experience
Self-motivated, punctual, professional and able to work independently
