Responsibilities

Partner with sub-awardees and contractors to implement digital health projects and programs in varying topic areas and technical approaches, including but not limited to: telehealth integration in schools, long-term care facilities, acute care, oral health, maternal and perinatal behavioral health, implementation of peer-to-peer telehealth models, remote patient monitoring programs and digital health navigation

Provision of technical assistance and training where relevant and ensuring that sub-awardees are achieving project milestones on time and within budget allowances
