Responsibilities

Deliver SuccessFactors training in a region (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central)

Bring own laptop and use for training, including logging into Client's Teams and designated SuccessFactors instance

Create data to support own demos during training sessions

Collaborate with client assistant trainers present in the classroom for all training sessions

Required

Experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development—SuccessFactors Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central knowledge is required

Expertise in instructional design models and adult learning principles

Proven experience building/developing and facilitating training programs using modern tools and methodologies

Strong communication and presentation skills—able to explain complex topics clearly and confidently

Ability to manage projects independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience with training tools and platforms

Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to adapt content for virtual delivery

Experience with training development and delivery for SuccessFactors Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules

Comfortable navigating and demonstrating clinical technology platforms or similar software in a live training environment

Proven ability to lead / facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions

Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex information and respond to learner questions in real time

Ability to manage group dynamics, encourage participation, and handle disruptions or technical issues smoothly
