Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, and retargeting
Build strategic account structures focusing on efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth
Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
Implement robust bid strategies, conversion tracking, and attribution models
Continuously evaluate performance data to identify optimization opportunities
Run A/B and multivariate tests on ad copy, landing pages, creative elements, and bidding strategies
Leverage automation tools (smart bidding, scripts, rules) to improve performance and efficiency
Monitor budget pacing and adjust allocation to maximize ROI/ROAS
Own end-to-end performance reporting, insights, dashboards, and forecast models
Analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities in real time
Present campaign findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Partner closely with creative, SEO, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment
Mentor junior team members in paid media best practices and tools
Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features

Qualification

Required

4–7+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads at scale
Demonstrated history of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and increasing conversion volume
Expert proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio/Looker
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make data-driven decisions
Experience with large budgets (e.g., $500K+/month)
Google Ads Certification required

Preferred

Experience working in a fast-paced agency or high-growth environment
Familiarity with additional paid media platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads)
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) or SaaS funnel optimization
Ability to create compelling ad copy or collaborate with creative teams
