Responsibilities

Demonstrate and articulate the value of Nutanix solutions to influence customer purchasing decisions and drive business transformation
Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies, customer personas, and tailored solution proposals
Perform hands-on configuration and sizing of Nutanix solutions, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, acting as their trusted technical resource
Collect and communicate customer feedback to enhance Nutanix offerings and customer experience
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and executing detailed action plans to meet deadlines
Execute flawless proofs of concept, including the physical installation of hardware in data centers as needed
Develop technical expertise in virtualization and enterprise applications to support various customer environments

Required

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
Hands-on technical aptitude with advanced virtualization and/or enterprise application knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate solutions effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
Ability to manage multiple projects and execute detailed action plans
High level of personal and professional ethics and integrity
