Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Capacity and Roadmap Integrator to coordinate capacity planning and manage the Capability Modernization Roadmap as part of the F-22 Weapon Systems Product Integration Team. The role involves leading engineering future roadmaps, improving capacity modeling tools, and aligning customer priorities across multiple funding sources.

Responsibilities

Lead the F-22 engineering future roadmaps, forecasting, and capacity assessments

Improve and maintain Capacity Modeling Tool Web application

Drive proper engineering commitments for resource needs and customer expectations

Develop system engineering processes and tools to insure repeatability and accuracy in forecasting

Align customer priorities across multiple funding sources; responsible for understanding and balancing customer gaps, needs, and requirements

Evaluate and pursue opportunities for collaboration with the customer

Partner with stakeholders, working with Aero business and broader Lockheed Martin enterprise on key initiatives

Align with counterparts in the business and the enterprise to determine strategy, road-maps, technical direction and Digital Transformation roadmaps

Provide needed data to the enterprise planning program team

Drive external customer engagements - understanding their needs and sharing concepts

Prior systems engineering and planning experience
