Responsibilities

Manage strategic accounts across the world’s largest logistics service providers, driving measurable impact through strong stakeholder alignment, adoption, and growth across global operations
Drive the onboarding and adoption process for new users, making sure they harness the full potential of Altana's offerings
Assist customers with in-depth analysis to optimize their experience and results
Act as the first point of contact for support requests, quickly engaging the right resources to resolve issues
Own customer calls and Quarterly Business Reviews, leveraging data-driven insights to astonish our clients while promptly relaying valuable feedback to the appropriate teams
Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, connecting day-to-day account management with broader commercial and product goals
Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, transforming them into reality
Be held accountable for effectively synthesizing and communicating feedback to the product team
Collaborate with our implementation engineering team to ensure successful delivery and work closely with our sales engineering team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities

Qualification

Required

5+ years of account management experience, working with Logistics customers. (3PLs, Cargo, Freight, etc.)
You can demonstrate a history of successfully expanding accounts year over year
You have a strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, allowing you to make data-informed decisions
You're open to feedback and thrive on cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvements
You have experience driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution, bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to fast-moving environments
You are willing to learn the fundamental concepts of data fusion and machine learning and can effectively communicate our product's value to both technical and commercial audiences
Your ability to establish positive relationships and influence others is a key asset, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, balancing approachability with persistence
You exhibit good judgment and a willingness to dive into the nitty-gritty to achieve team objectives
