Responsibilities
Design the Palantir Ontology (Object/Link/Action types). Translate complex RCM logic into semantic data models and establish enterprise governance standards
Act as the senior RCM Architect. Mentor developers, optimize platform performance, and research new AI/ML tools to evolve the tech stack
Build and deploy end-to-end RCM applications using Python and TypeScript, ensuring seamless integration into healthcare workflows
Develop testing methodologies for data pipelines and perform root-cause analysis for production environments
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in the Palantir ecosystem and healthcare data
Ability to lead change management and coach senior stakeholders on AI adoption
Proficiency in indexing, data filtering, and high-scale data model management
5-7 years of experience
Bachelor's in CS, Data Science, or Engineering
Tech Stack: Palantir (Foundry/AIP), Python, TypeScript
Focus: Healthcare RCM & Data Governance
