NCR Atleos is a leader in expanding financial access, headquartered in Atlanta. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage content creation, and drive demand generation campaigns to support sales pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (email, social media, content syndication, paid ads, etc.)

Own content creation initiatives include blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content to support brand awareness and demand generation

Design and manage demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth

Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product positioning

Work with marketing project management teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns

Manage content in internal sites for team members to use for business needs

Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights

Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table to enhance marketing effectiveness

Maintain a high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the technology or telecom sector

Proven expertise working in tools including but not limited to content management systems, digital marketing and lead gen tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, SharePoint, Seismic). Skill test maybe required

Strong understanding of content marketing, lead gen, and demand gen strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and a self-starter with a proactive mindset

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative team player with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
